Garbled sound on other end

MJ worked fine for months except for a few dropped calls and dead spots in conversatons.

Now call quality is bad on other end of my MJ calls. I can hear fine on my end, but people tell me the sound is garbled "like a robot" on their end.

Any help? I can't be the only one with this problem.
