HELP!?!

So I bought a t5700 off craigslist.....and something fishy is going on...

I've downloaded the latest version of XPe (29705), saved to usb, but when i try to play it in my TC (yes I changed to bios to load usb first), it says BOOTMGR is missing, press alt-ctrl-delete to restart.

what can I do? anyone have any advice here?

Now when I try and boot from USB it says:

verifying DMI Pool Data........
MISSING OPERATING SYSTEM

When you prepped your USB stick and put the XPe OS on to it, did you just click on "Format USB"? Do not click on "Deployment" or "ISO" option.
