The computer recognizes the call, but phone does not?

I can make and receive calls from my computer, however the phone is completely silent. No dial tone, nothing. It worked fine until my internet went out the other night, now the phone does not recognize the connection. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Whenever I've had this problem a reboot typically solves it.

Did your internet fail due to an electrical disruption? Maybe you have a fried phone or damage to your USB port
Try a different handset and/or plug MJ dongle into another USB port
