How to get siphon and handset to ring simultaneously?

So I have the magicjack working with siphon on the ipad but when I login to it my handsets don't ring if I get a call. If I then restart the woftphone while keeping siphon open the soft phone will ring when I get a call and siphon won't. I want them both to ring is there away to do this?
