cant dial a number

i use to dial local calling card # with Mj it worked fine but a month ago when itry to call that # using mj i hear fast beepng thn it say ready to call on the screen
but last few 2 days or so when i dial that number i dont hear anything its blank

and i dont know if thats true that i should see who is calling me CID on my phone plzz help
