Beeping sound - could it be?

I spoke with a computer guru about this and he suggested that it might be that there is so much traffic now that routers are now being set-up to provide a certain amount of bandwidth specifically for different things. Not sure how to do it but could it be that MJ needs to have a specific and guaranteed amount of bandwidth always available? Let me know what you think.

, I'll inform you that this has been discussed here in great detail, especially for linksys routers...you'll find that the Tomato firmware works best with MJ over the standard firmware, and it has settings for setting up just what you were told. Happy searching and reading!!!!!
