But my problem is that my DSL provider change their name(they merged with another company) So my email address was centurytel.net now its centurylink.net. So i can't access that old email. ps i tryed to put my number in there and its not working either.

Nope no phone # just contact them via their web page and do an online chat with support.Alphamale wrote:Does magicJack have a phone number that you can call. I haven't used jack for several months. You do NOT need an email to chat, so I have no idea what you are smoking.......Alphamale wrote:They are asking me for a order number which i don't have. I have my magicjack phone number and my name. Don't have the email either(my old email won't work) for online chat. So that is as far as i can get.

Type in a search then search, after the search you will get a window for the online chat, all WITHOUT an email address.
Give them your MJ# and take it from there. No idea if they can help you but at least you can try.

Sorry.. In 2 yrs I only chatted with them 2 times and the last time was over a yr ago. So this must be a new step.Alphamale wrote:I am not smoking any thing good. This comes up when i want to chat. They want all this info before they will chat with me.
What happens if you use your OLD email address?
Also if you notice they do NOT require an order # it is optional as well as your MJ #. From the pic you attached they only want your email, name and country..
So give that a try

nah nah nah.. Too slow Tommy boytsmith wrote:You'll notice the "What is your order number" does not have a red asterisk beside it, which means it isn't needed. Only your Name and Email address, and if you're outside of the country or not.
