dialer window doesn't pop

After the last automatic upgrade (about a week ago) the magicJack dialer window doesn't pop up like it used to so I have to click on the phone icon so that I can see the incoming number...anyone else have this issue?

The good news after the upgrade is that my contacts list doesn't disappear after shutting down my computer.

Mine pops up each time moonw, on my XP SP3. Have you tried removing your MJ and reinstalling it as a last resort?

I do not have that issue God bless !!! You really had a "Lucky You upgrade" .

I think I found a way around it, instead of having the soft phone display visible on the desktop I 'minimized' it so it wasn't visible and then the next call I got it popped into view like it used to. It's an extra step but I'm sure at some point someone will figure out what's causing it.
