Incoming calls to MJ down in 818, 4/1

Allegedly, Verizon, AT&T and Sprint are to blame. Not MJ...
Chat Information

You are now chatting with 'Ryan'

Ryan: Hello, how may I help you?

GuyOnTheAir: Hello. I cannot recieve any calls on my MJ number.

Ryan: I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you're having.

Ryan: May I have your magicJack number?

GuyOnTheAir: 818-745-xxxx

Ryan: Thank you. Please stay on the line.

GuyOnTheAir: I either get a fast busy signal, or a guys voice that says "We are unable to complete your call at this time."

Ryan: I see. May I know what phone service providers do your callers have?

GuyOnTheAir: AT&T and Sprint.

Ryan: Alright. I will make a test call to your number. Please hold on for the moment.

GuyOnTheAir: I got a test call, but the audio was very choppy, and didn't work properly...

GuyOnTheAir: Usually I've had little trouble with my MJ service...

GuyOnTheAir: A call from Verizon's network got a "all circuits are busy" message.

Ryan: I'm afraid the issue isn't with magicJack, Geof.

GuyOnTheAir: Even though callers from AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon all can't get through?

Ryan: Certainly. But don't worry, their engineers should be working on those issues right now.

GuyOnTheAir: Um, okay...

GuyOnTheAir: Thanks for your help.

Well, no, I don't believe him at all. Which is why I noted that it was other people's problems, "allegedly."

But, an update. Magically, all seems to be working now...
