Choppy quality on inbound & outbound calls
Ive been through all the tech support issues and even changed the isp provider. is there anything that i can do to boost my call quality ... fyi my google voice account works better and its all on the same machine. Also when i first started using the magic jack i had no problems and it operated as a regular land line. I really want to know what i can do to get the best call quality because I am struggling with both in bound and out bound calls and its mostly on callers not being able to hear me ... their response is a little bit choppy but i can hear every word they struggle to hear me and usually leads me to have to just call them back from the house or cell ... Please give me some serious suggestions and ive already tried resetting my connections the jack router and all that good stuff .... The problem is happening on on both vista and xp platforms but is just dreadful on the vista

Hello,
Sorry that your MJ is giving you trouble. Are you using the extension cord that came with your MJ? Don't use it as it can cause many problems. How fast is your Internet connection? What kind of router are you using? Does it have the latest fermware? Also try to go to a retail store and buy a new MJ and see if that fixes the issue.
Hope these tips help.
