HT 502 behind firewall or changing password ?

Hi all,

I just got the magic jack and would like to use it also if I have my PC not turned on. I looked at all the POSTs on this forum about Grandstream HT502 and related and could not get it working.

My HT502 is behind a WLAN Router (Cable -> Router -> HT502), and I do get a dial tone, but outgoing and incoming calls are not working. I get a busy signal if I try to dial my cell.
The webaccess of the HT502 also always tells me Not Registered.

one update: I also tried running the MJ configuration with HT502 in a DMZ and had no luck.
Any help is appreciated.

can it be that I get a new password every time I log into MJ ? I tried getting the password like x times, and every time it seems to be a different one.
