Best QOS settings for Tomato MJMD5 with PAP2T ?

I just installed Tomato with PAP2T ATA and it's working great for the most part. I have DSL with 6Mbps down and 768up.

I do a lot of online streaming and downloading and whenever I get on a call the quality sucks until I stop a bunch of things and takes awhile before it sounds better.

I would like to have Tomato's QOS give Main priority to my calls and slow everything else down so that I have the best call quality possible.

I tried a search and most settings are for QOS and using MagicJack with a dongle.

I want the QOS settings for my Linksys PAP2t to get the best call quality.

Any suggestions for settings?
