They will claim they have nothing to do with magicjack, but if people keep calling they will eventually have to give a number for someone live to talk to since they are the board of directors for the company that owns magicjack. This means they are a part of magicjack.
It is not right that they take our money and we have no real way to contact them other then online, which is useless. They do not listen or read what you put and ask you questions that you have already asked/answered.
Also people should Take WARNING since they advertise people's phone numbers on the packaging I CALLED AND THE Number is an ACTIVE NUMBER
I am tired of them saying it is on our end why we cannot call Canadian toll free numbers, unassigned our number and deleted our voicemails and the password.

You are wrong, when you call them they won't claim they have nothing to do with MJ. Because when you call them they won't talk to you. If you are lucky, you will get a secretary that will tell you she will be sure to pass on your concerns to Mr. Board of Director. They may be required by the SEC to provide contact information. But there is no requirement to actually answer the phone.
Do you honestly think these guys would give any kind of a direct line phone number in a public document? The numbers probably all go to a voicemail, if they aren't already blocked by MJ.

I'm sorry. But apparently you don't understand how US Board of Directors work. They set up phone numbers JUST for that purpose. They aren't going to change their number, or business card or anything, they are just going to delete the message from their voice mails.
You can get a contact number for Bill Gates if you want. You think it's a direct number to his house?

Being naive doesn't help. But in this case you may be right. The 888 number is a business which will take you into a customer service menu. Dead end. The other one, is a direct number to the guy. Not a very smart Director. The guy actually answered the phone. Oops.

I can say with extreme confidence, that 99% of Directors of publicly held companies in the US don't have direct numbers to them. And I can predict that this guy won't soon either.

Holy cow. Another brain giant who wants to sue because a $ 20/year service did not roll out a red carpet for him.
Parking at the courthouse here costs about 6 months of MJ service...
To tell you all the truth....MJ does have a number but it's NOT a 800 or so called toll free number it's a 561 number which i know is on the east coast of florida because im on the west coast. Do they answer?.....No....Can you leave a messsage.....YES......Do they call you back.....YES...Because they called me 2x and i missed the call because i have Magicfeatures to kill any anon calls ie: 000-000-00000, So the 2nd time MagicJack called they gave me the direct number in voice mail...Why don't they use at least this non toll free number at least?. I have no idea...Why did i get this number is because i had such a unique problem i let 3 ppl on my puter and they were baffled and considered it a problem on there end... Well what problem was a rep made a mistake porting my number and it caused my new 4th Gen MJ to have no Yellow or Green 911 button or address bar on the softphone. The rep had actually had two MJ registered to me with same number which you may now have but only ONE will get the 911 info. They had to search by serial for the old 3rd Gen MJ and kill it from service then after 2 months i have the 911 BS on my softphone even though i don't need it!...It's the wrong place to do this but i will say i never really have problems with MJ at all. Nothing i can't fix but this i could not. 3 days ago for the hell of it i purchased a Nettalk Duo...In my personal opinion it does out do the MJ in audio and any little bugs. Now yes my laptop is a high end dell and even with the Beta drivers for USB it still out did the MJ as the NT is ATA ratherthen the MJ is'nt. I will kep both as there toys and between me and family we all have Nextel cell phones anyway but its a nice gadget, I read they been around for 1 1/2 years so if they go under im not going to cry about 69.99 as the device at least on my end works flawless wired or wireless and BTW i AM NOT using WIN 7 as im not a fan of that OS. My specs even wireless are anywhere between 20-75 MBPS Download and 2 MBPS Upload. I know up north the MBPS are lower unless commerical or in some area that offers it as i see some DSL is only 3 MBPS Max which is nothing. Please be aware if your not already MJ offers Live Book where they logon to your computer and fix your issue if you request it to a Rep but i have found out unless your a MJ Dummy there not even smarter. Now want MJ to call you and make sure you have a very serious problem that the best of the best can't figure out b4 you break there balls. Don't call to bitch, Call to have it fixed!.
