Verify pop up window response from MJ

You may have gotten this damn pop up that requires your email and password to go away ...

I got it so many times I finally bitched and this was what I was told:
Please Go to Control Panel then Add/Remove program find the magicJack in there then remove the magic Jack. Once done, unplug the magic Jack then plug it back after 30 seconds. And observe if it makes a difference. Let us know the result.

So far so good but it has only been 30 minutes ... we will see but hope for the best ...
