Wasn't it just last year, Feb 2009) that you said you were swirching to Ooma? One year w/o problems is still good but I don't think you have 2 years with Ooma under your belt.

I to have switched to ooma with no problems. I tried MJ for 2 years and to many problems with calls being dropped or not being able to talk at times.

Are you referring to calling cell phone numbers or all numbers? I have tried the 1 then area code never worked for me, but then again maybe there changing things again.

Holman I installed direct X and all went well. I do believe the 5720 is setup the way it needs to be now and the sound is allot better now but as we discussed I also believe there is problems calling some cell phones and until the magic people start shaking hands with the cell phone company's out ...

Thanks for the feed back. As far as the SIP ALG goes I went into the router and can not find any SIP ALG setting in it. I have tried to install dirx on the 5720 and it does not have enough room to install and trust me I have taken everything out of it. I was also thinking maybe there is to much ...

Well the results for Boston was outgoing 3.9 incoming 4.08 and as far as what I did to the 5720 was just take all the crap off of it that come with it and load magic jack. as far as the router goes its a linksys WRT54GS with speed boost. I have not set anything in the QoS because I'm really not sure ...
