Hello,
I find this program works perfectly 32 bit. I also run Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and after running the program Magic Jack has no dial tone. It returns to normal after pressing "remove Windows Service."
Any ideas?

I installed the service and changed the compatibility mode as instructed in the previous post (did not even uninstall and reinstall MJ first) restarted the PC and it all worked like a charm ... exactly as if the softphone was active, no issues with audio loudness or anything else. If of any ...

That happens when someone hangs up right after the "beep" sound in your voicemail kicks in. The system records a "message" that really contains no recorded sound. Automatically delete any recording that have 0.0 sound lenght.

I actually got in touch with customer service and they gave me a link to an update ... after installing it my voicemail works fine. However it's kind of strange since I had used the update posted in the site just a few minutes before I got to talk wit CS ... go figure ... in any case it's working ...

My voicemail is not working. Anybody having the same problem?
