Can you be more specific? How exactly do i switch any process in task manager to high? Do i right click on my choice? Can you be a little more specific? I just want to make sure i get it right.

I can't get MJ to startup when I boot up my Pc...If I turn on my Pc with the MJ connected to the Usb port, I have to unplug the MJ and re-plug it and then my Pc will detect the MJ and it will launch. I have tried the troubleshooting steps you describe but still I get nothing...I was thinking about trying to uninstall the MJ and trying to reinstall it but I'm afraid I may make things worse....any thoughts?

I am somewhat satisfied with my MJ. However, it never activates when I turn on my PC. I turn on my PC. Once it is on, I have to unplug my MJ and I wait a few seconds and plug it back in.
