well i got the MJ to work by having support reset my account. it took me 3 tries with 3 different support operators but the final one reset my account and it immediately went from error 400 to "ready to call".

Its working now. I waited 3 hours and it was still giving me error 400. i used live chat, told them what was going on, that my account had been refreshed etc and boom, it worked. so im using it now with a panasonic cordless phone. yey. so far so good!

I finally got a link to live chat. They re-activated my account and said to wait 2+ hours. ok.... here is the chat text:
