I am having the same problem. I have 5 computers 3pc 2 laptops MJ works on both Laptops and 2 pc's but not the other pc I have tried everything. Are you running xp media addition by chance?

O/S xp media version
Ram 2 gig
it works fine on my laptop connected to the same cable internet
plugging into usb
Screen turns dark blue and the pc crashes and then restarts. Crashes repeatedly unless you unplug the mj

I sprayed mine with black paint. Problem solved

Screen turns blue and pc crashes when I plug the mj in. Any thoughts?
