I had a number of issues with my MJ when I got it and tried to deal with the support people, which was a nightmare.
After reading many post I saw where to write Dan and He turn me over to Richard. He said that he would send me a new one.
I tried it last night and it worked ok somewhat on wireless ...

Even though my MJ doesn't get a ringing phone, Caller ID or have people hear my voice when I call them, it's a great product to check voice mail with.
Also it really does make a great night light, which is now my pride and joy.
In fact I read all the forums now, just to see if anyone else likes it ...

I finally found a phone that rang, a Siemens phone 8825, then the phone started cutting out. Had to start from scratch and back system to 4 days ago and
then fix one by one problems I fixed before.

I posted problems with the laptop. Everyone had good ideals.
I'm on a 5mg DSL FIOS. I've turned off firewall, Ani-Virus and did the port thing.
It worked on desktop. Last night tried to run the Magic Wizard, could not communicate with Box.

Now here is the funny thing, this morning I tried it again ...

I have tried all ports and two different laptops, works on desktop.
I would have to find a USB power box to try to see if that works.
I thought maybe the usb is not powerful enough, but can find no options for the power.
I have a HP Pavilion ZD8000 running xp, other is a Sony older model.

My MJ works on my desktop and not my laptop.
I have the same problem that tec support (if that's what it's called) can not fix either.
I just get busy signals eitherway.
Hope someone had a fix.
