The software is running and the numbers do show up in the software window with no errors, I dial the number fully and it almost acts
like it cannot dial. I had the problem before, swapped the mJ to my laptop and was able to work just fine, not sure what the isse is and
obviously, cannot keep the MJ ...

HELP!!!

I have a strange problem with Magic Jack, I cannot make any phone calls. I have a dial tone and can dial but it NEVER actually rings NOR can I receive incoming calls. The MJ is blue and everything looks fine but will not work.

I am new to MAGICJACK and probably making a rookie mistake, but cannot figure out how to check voice mail NOR can I get the
incoming phone calls to ring on the phone. I see accept come up on the computer and if I select that, can pick up the phone and
receive the call ..... otherwise, no idea ...
