Your persistence is commendable but your logic is flawed. The only acceptable conclusions that can be derived from your reported results are that, in the proper connectivity environment, your MJ has proven functional and, you have at least 1 computer that has viable internet function.

I would go to the mJ Web site and download the recover tool.

I believe the linky is: http://www.magicjack.com/site/downloads/mjrecover_setup.exe

Run that on your mJ. Then try it on your other computers again.

It may help if you're administrator of your computers, but in general, that has not ...
