It would be cool if we can still load up our old MJ device with the cheap 5 year plan which was $69.95 but not possible anymore because it's now $99.75 for both regular MJ and MJ Plus.

It is still unfortunate that you have to loose that one year of service.
I understand that with these annual service prices it is a whimpering complaint loosing that one year but it is a complaint never the less... and it still sucks.

Why not just add your contacts to the phones own directory? This solves 2 things. One, it puts all your contacts again at your fingertips, and two, when you get a call, caller id will not only show the number BUT the name associated with it as well, if your phones supports it. No problems after two years... I used the phone this morning okay. Now a couple of hours later I get the message on the bottom of my softphone "Not connected, No 911 info available".
