i searched the forum but i couldnt find magic jack's port number cuz i wanna put in my firewall.. does anyone know or can share please? thank you

thats how i managed to find that there was a problem in unable being to hear after i dial a number... when i changed the settings of my router's firewall now its working ,, try to disable it or set it to medium or low.. or if u know mj port number put it in the trusted applicated in ur router's ...

im still having the same problem.... whatever any number i dial or call i dont hear anything after i dial and the call goes active and time starts....

any help please? my mj been only a month for GOD SAKE...

The problem concerning being unable to hearing anything with MJ is becoming bigger and spreading with all users.

THAT JUST SUCKS... i ve just got my mj 3weeks ago and worked the first week fine and later on when i try to call anyone i dont hear anything...

P.S i ve discovered somethin that when u try to call ur mj number it works and u can hear the voicemail normaly LOL soo weird... Give it a try

yes sir i did everything u ve said and still not working.. .and isnt it if the mj dongle wasnt working like ur saying it wouldnt be working at all? even though i ve seen many threads saying different ways to work mj without the dongle? so dont u think its like got nothing to do with the dongle ?

well everything was working fine and actually 2days ago it was working but its not working now anymore... i even took the magicjack to another laptop to try on windows 7 and its still not working..... what can i do ? please help
