same thing is happening with my MJ. Tech support blamed it on my ISP. I know that is not the case

same thing is going on with mine. I spent hours with MJ chat and bottom line, they told me I needed a faster ISP. Well, funny thing is, I didn't have this static before, and my speed is still the same now as it was then. Can't figure it out

I have terrible static on my phone. It wasn't always there, just started about 2 weeks ago. I chatted with MJ for over 2 hours, and tried everything they told me to do. Still static. Anyone have any helpful hints on how to solve this. Even when people call my voice mail, it is full of static. Help
