If anyone has images from Alpman for Magicjack units get them to me and I will host them for the forum.
Or if you have other images or software let me know and I may host those too.

Is there an easy way to change computer name?
I know in Alpman's image he has taken out the "Computer Name User Interface" out of his base image. This makes is harder to change the computer name to prevent conflicts when you have two of the same image on a LAN. Anyone have any better ideas on how to get it changed? I have found I can change it ...

I would use the E90 then check to make sure that you don't have any issues in device manager. Make sure and get the USB 2.0 driver and maybe the network driver so you can make sure both of those are updated. Or start out with a clean image and do the list of tweaks that is included with the tweaked ...

If you are happy with the image you have on your current machine and the flash is the same size on both you can copy from one unit and flash the other. You need to use your search function, I posted this two months ago. Download it and you can use the Neoware software to copy your image and flash it to the new unit.

Your processor speed should be enough (667MHz) and you can put 512Mb Flash / 512Mb Ram in the unit. It won't run other things but you should be able to get it to run a Magic Jack if you can get an XPe image flashed on the unit. Since it is built around the VIA chipset you should be able to download ...

Magic Jack will not start with EWF enabled
Noticed the Magic Jack was not running tonight and tried everything to get it started. Once I disabled EWF and rebooted then it started right up. Enabled EWF, rebooted, no Magic Jack. Disabled EWF, rebooted, and there it is again. As long as I leave EWF off Magic Jack will run. I am running Stroth's ...

I have uploaded the Neoware USB Image Update and Retrieval Tool v2.2.2 on Rapidshare and I have included a image of the latest Neoware XPe 256Mb flash (v1.4.2). All instructions are there on how to get this flash on your unit from a USB drive ...

No HP image will work on a Neoware machine, even though HP owns Neoware. To get a new image on it you have to put a Neoware image on it and there are two ways that I know of. For one of them you have to have a Neoware machine that you can copy the image from, which you don't. And the other way is to ...

Is there a 512MB XP install for a Neoware??
Been using Stroth's XP on 1GB DOM but I was wondering if there is something that will work on a 512MB DOM as good as Stroth's? I am installing this on a Neoware and the HP install checks to verify that it is HP equipment so it will not install. Is there a way around this or something else that works ...
