I have followed the directions to change the canned voicemail msg when we don't pick up the phone but it still remains the canned mseeage.

I can record my own message and hear it when done but when I try it , I have the canned msg still.

I must be doing something wrong.. Help

I followed the instructions on the screen to make my own custom voicemail message.

Followed what it said and recorded my custom greeting.

When I tested to hear my new message, the same canned message was still there.

What did I not do?
