Just thought I should let everyone know. Live chat, 10 minutes with Tracey, problem solved.
Thanks, JCARLO

Just a contact number, please!
I am sure this has been answered before but please can someone give me a phone # to call to MJ. I paid for a 5 year plan one year ago and my desktop says my service period is coming to an end after 1 year.
Thanks, JCarlo

Service period coming to an end
When I turned on my computer today the Majicjack desktop read that my service year was coming to an end.
Problem is I bought and paid for the "5 year" plan about one year ago.
Am I in store for a huge run-around and problems? Can you tell me who to contact to fix the potential problem?

ECHO...echo...echo...
Have read previous posts on *67 to fix echo and it works on out-going calls for me and I thank you. However, when one particular number calls me I obviously can't use *67 to stop the echo. Any ideas on getting rid of echo on in-coming calls?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Magic Fix?
I'm not tech savy and am wondering what does the Magic Fix ("Don't be shy, everyone is doing it.") do that I see on the soft phone. I am 85% satisfied with sound quality now.
Thanks in advance,
JCARLO
