Magic Jack Now Working

I had to put the Windows XP w/SP2 machine outside all firewalls and have patched it with all the latest Windows updates. Turned off the Windows Firewall so the that Enhanced 911 address info would display. Once MJ is fully operational (started) I turn the Windows Firewall back on and the analog ...

Still Getting Error 401

I posted the following on a different thread because I have tried MJ on 4 different machines and no matter what I try I bounce between Error 3 & Error 401. I am not giving up on MJ, but I am about to demand an RMA and a new unit, because this has gotten so stupid. I don't mind troubleshooting stuff ...

I am so thankful to have found this forum. My MJ worked last Friday, December 28, 2007. However, no matter what suggestions I try I can not get past the MJ bouncing back and forth between an error 3 and error 401 since then and I have tried 3 different machines and still have no luck with this ...
