Had problems from day 1
I ordered a Magic Jack and while ordering the one year plan I hit the back button and it slapped the five year plan on it. I got on chat with MagicJack and explained what happened. They put me on with a supervisor named Roy, he said "no problem, I'll cancel the 5 year plan. That was Jan.4 09, I got my bank statement and I had 2 charges on it 1 for a one year plan and 1 for a 5 year plan. Also, after about 2 weeks ,I started gettin solication calls, hey only 2 people knew my phone number, I asked Magic Jack if they were selling our phone numbers and the woman kinda got upset with me" We would NEVER do such a thing" is what she said.
I don't like being lied to and especially when it comes to taking my money.
I'm sending back the MagicJack, I don't have any trust in them, not after i was lied to. Now all I have to do is worry about getting my money refunded after I send the Item back. With all the crap that's happened, I wish i had never even ordered it.

most customer service representative knows SH*T when we complain
to them. As if they were programmed to answer in a systematic way...
If MJ would be able to find a way to PROPERLY train their CSRs, and can ACTUALLY attend to our problems personally, its going to be a different ballgame, I have no qualms with my current service with them, but I did have experiences (BAD) with them in the past, and I know how FRUSTRATING it is to argue over the internet.

Well, I found out today the lieing assholes at MagicJack are not going to refund me for the five year plan I was slapped with when I ordered it. I told them they could take the money and shove it up their GOD DAMN ass. And if the admin here wants to ban me for saying what I said to them and how I feel, so be it.

So, let me understand your logic. Because you personally are having a bad time with your personal magicJack experience you want to boost MJ's business by wishing that "everyone" purchase a magicJack? Did I miss something?
