"Check Telephone Line" Error
My magic jack is connected just fine to the computer and says "ready to talk" on the other hand. Both my Unidin and my Vtec cordless phone sets worked fine at first but now say "Check Telephone Line" on the handsets. Is there anything I can do to make these phones work normally?

If you still have a normal phone line, I'd plug the phone's base directly to the wall jack to make sure the same error doesn't display (it probably won't). Have you done anything recently with your PC's software, or with your MJ that might be causing this condition?
If the phones operate ok from the wall jack, then you might have something wrong with where the phone's base plugs into the MJ. Do you have another phone cord you can try between the cordless' base and the MJ?

Is your computer hardwired to the router or via wireless? If via wireless you might have interference between your wireless router and your phones (are they all 2.4 GHz)?
Try a hardwired phone to make sure that the MJ works. If your computer is wireless, wire it to your router. Then retry your cordless phones. You might also try another channel on your wireless router (e.g., move from channel 6 to channel 11).

Check Tel Line
I noticed this error after installing "Windows Live Device Integrator". I uninstalled WLDI, rebooted and now I am no longer getting the error.
