Can't use softphone

When I click mj icon on desktop softphone appears for about 1-2 sec, then replaced by ad to try mj free. Cannot get softphone back. Can't set up voice mail.

You set up your voice mail by dialing your own MJ number from your connected phone. If it is the first time, hit the star button and then use 1 2 3 4 as your password and take it from there.

As far as your softphone problem, almost sounds as if something conflicting with it or maybe you need to update your video drivers. Try closing all programs which are not needed..

Thanks for the help Joe. I have my voicemail set up now. As for the softphone, I checked/updated drivers; made no difference. I'm not worrying about it now, though, since setting up voicemail was my main concern and for some unknown reason (can't be stupidity), I thought I needed softphone to do that.
