Help me please. Am I not communicating correctly? I am still having the same issues and no one on support is helping me. They keep telling me how to use my phone. Now because of an setup.exe my line is done. When someone calls it goes to an ad. my phone is not communicating with the MJ+ device. AND I still am having issues with call waiting ID and my subscriptions are screwed. please bare with my frustration. Here is the last converstaion.

Tonia: There are two things. One is my subscription and the other is not receiving call waiting ID on my phone.

YES. magicJack offers complimentary Call Waiting.
To use Call Waiting with magicJack and magicJack PLUS:
Press the "FLASH" button on your telephone to switch between calls. If you don't have a flash button on your telephone, tap the hang-up button.
To use Call Waiting with magicJack APP:
Press "Accept" when you receive a call while on the line. The original call will be placed on hold. You can switch between calls by clicking the callers' numbers listed on the softPhone LCD display.

Tonia: What the issue is, is that I don't receive caller ID when there is a call waiting. Please tell me you don't have it, because when I use the Magic Jack Plus on my computer it shows up in the soft phone.

Tonia: Now it totally does not work. I think the soft phone is confusing the old Magic Jack device with the Magic Jack Plus

Tonia: my phone is not communicating with the softphone. As stated above, in which it said you where reading I think the soft phone is now connected to my old MJ device that is NOT connected to any computer and is a box in my closet right now.

Tonia: Along with the volume/head set control is not set on TELEPHONE.
Tonia: It will not allow me to change.
Ermin: if you used the mj plus on the router then softphone will not be seen
