1) Friend calls me
2) I put him on HOLD by clicking on HOLD
3) He hears music, everything is ok so far
4) I click RESUME and call gets disconnected but my friend is still connected but hears no music
5) I on the other hand hear a dial tone...so who knows what he is connected to but regardless it's a ...

I actually tried pressing the flash button on my phone and it does put the caller on hold, but when I press flash to come back to the caller it hangs up on them. I also tried a combination of flash, hold, and resume and they all fail. I was escalated from 1st level to 2nd level support and ...

If someone calls me and I put them on HOLD, when I click RESUME it gives me a dial tone, and the other person hears no more music but stays connected...but there is no way I can get them back on the line because it is disconnected on my end..... what is the deal with this? I have tried on other ...
