I've not seen any new commercials, but any $3/month statement in a tv ad would probably be based on the $30/year annual base fee + the new 7.5% MJ regulatory surcharge + whatever your locality now requires MJ to collect for e911 service, + whatever sales tax (if any)... in most cases this now totals ...
