Yep it does works, Aaron over sipsorcery.com implemented the code nicely.

You don't get a busy signal when you dial any number !!!
It rings until the other person picks up.

Yes but for that you need a router running a proxy server with mj installed.
There are several Stickies on how to run the proxy on routers running, DDwrt, Open-WRT or Tomato Linux.
My router is a Linsys WRT54GL running the DD-WRT dd-wrt.v24_std_generic sp1 and the instructions are in this link ...

Cfwd No Ans Dest: Your MJ number

This change will make your MJ ring forever until you pick it up.

If you are using line1 go to user1 settings.

In my Linsys router WRT54GL running the DD-WRT dd-wrt.v24_std_generic sp1, I can run the whole script at the Command Shell then hit Save Start up. and it will work even when you reboot your Router, no need to Telnet.

Is this setting stored locally only or does it make the change on the MJ servers as well? Curious as to if this change will stick if an ATA is used after making the update.

I have a pap2t. I tried resetting to factory default just in case i jacked something up when we were all trying to get these thing working again but it did not seem to make a difference. After the reset i got calls but checked it after about 30 min and goes straight to voicemail.

yes pap2t. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I was able to stop my incoming work but then using blank option for in dial plan I was able to make it work. No go on out going. I tried the code richard posted and simple code someone else posted. something I am still doing wrong

I want to thank you Richard for your help, I did have the same problem trying to dial out but the dial plan you pointed out solve the problem, now my PAP2T is working in and out with no problem.

In case this may help, you can use any proxy you want, try changing the proxy to proxy01.miami.talk4free.com which is working on my PAP2t.

I have a MJ that still works with my ATA even after the update and one that doesn't work after the update. Getting his config probably wouldn't help. Either it works or it doesn't.

How they distinguish between who gets cut off and who doesn't is anyones guess.

Make sure you enter the drive where your magicjack is, look under my computer your MJ data should be here:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\

Try ver 6.1 and first hit the Upgrade MJ Software.

Then get your SIP info.

Yes Steve as mberlant said "multiples registrations will with magicjack will get you in trouble.
The only Reg you need is the one with PBXes, no Dongle needed, but you can always reg EXT 200 in this example with ...

I would usually dial 011 following the country code and it is the only thing not working through PAP2T at the moment.

Thanks for your help guys! I finally got it to work correctly. I am able to make calls as well as receive them. The settings I had to change were in the User 1 menu.

I had to change the default settings in the User 1 menu's Supplementary Service Settings. I matched them up to Magicdump's settings ...

Also, I question in the "line 1" sip port, shouldn't that be "5060"? The 5070 is entered in the proxy1, Just asking ...
