From my novice eyes, I did notice that when it tries to register, it makes 2 attempts. The first time gives you a 400 error not authorized however the second attempt connects. I also ...

Re: pap2 help phone ringing????
Try going to your LINE 1 (Or Line 2 if that is where you configured your MJ) and change the Ring Waveform from Trapezoid to Sinusoid and see if that resolves your issue.craigm1 wrote:When the phone rings it stutters can I make any adjustments to the settings to fix this??

Hey everybody. I have not seen this issue. Here is what started happening to me about 2 months ago. When I pick up the phone it freezes the MagicJack for about 20-30 seconds. I cannot get a dial tone and the magicjack software is frozen where I cannot dial out on the software keypad. After the 20 ...

Re: Just when i thought i have a handle on it
I added more memory to my computer. Now 4 GB. with 3.2GHZ processor. Hardly any programs. Give MJ priority. And what. Some calls break up. Now update.
This week I decided to pull up an old Pentium 3 with 128 mb ram and put a fresh install windows xp. Nothing else. Just MJ. Set it up with no monitor ...

Is there a way to get Caller ID to show on a phone I'm calling, i.e., my name and / or number? Also is there a way to have inbound numbers / name to show?
Thanks,
aLf
