Call forwarding and voicemail is gone again!

Finally started working today now my voicemail is gone!

^ Same here Bob I'm in the 916 area code and I chatted with Tech support and they told me the servers were having technical

difficulties and to try the voice mail in a few hours!

^ On the softphone the voicemail light will not light up they are working on this issue at the company! Also, when you plug the majic jack device into your laptop

does a Blue light come on?? If not your Majic Jack is broke if No blue light comes on at all when plugged into usb port on any computer ...

^ go to www.majicjack.com and click on customercare than on the link for vista upgrade works with windows xp also,and, make sure you don't have matchmusic

on the laptop I know most dell's have it but majic jack has a conflict with it! Good Luck!

its 3:25am california time and call forwarding still does not work, tech support claims they are doing upgrades again!! How many upgrades do they need to do unbelievable BS!!

Sticky on how to remove the MJ software from your computer and how to format the MJ if it is needed due to it not working with a blue light still on!

There should be a sticky on how to un install the MJ from your Computer and how to format the MJ in case it stops working!

I get the message sporadically If I wiggle it and it loses connection or if I plug it in while xp is booting but before it finishes loading and plays the welcome sound.

My easy fix is

1. unplug the MJ

2, Ctrl ALT Del

3. Click the processes tab

4. Select the prcess called magicjack or ...

I got that on my second day of usage. Restarting did not help and tech support did not help. I ended up formatting the Magicjack and usin that upgrade.exe from Magic jack's Website. All was well afterwards.
