ATA stopped working last night due to the new update.

Inserted MJ dongle and allowed the update.

Executed MagicSipac to retrieve new password. (MJ number remained the same, ending in 01)

Changed password in ATA & MJMD5.

ATA is working once again :-)

MJ still working on ATA. I never use the dongle, so avoided the latest upgrade. MJMD5 is not connected whenever my computer is off, but connects automatically whenever my computer is on. MJ has been solid for about 1 1/2 years without the dongle.

MJ is still working with my PAP2. :-) I have not plugged the dongle in for more than a year. May just be a matter of time before it fails. :-(

That is correct. Dialing 911 from your telephone will reach the 911 dispatcher.

There are two ways of doing what you want. Both are a little klutchy, but should get you the results you are looking for.

From your computer screen, log in to GV and dial out from there using the "Call" feature. That will call the number you enter and ring back to what ever phone you set up.

Since logging in every time can be tedious, they include the option to save your username and password so that Safe Eyes will automatically log you in.

To enable this feature, simply check the box next to "Save username and password". Safe Eyes will now automatically log you in.

She is no longer having this issue.

There are multiple other issues such as call quality. or the need to dial a number a few times before connecting, but this appears to be related to problems with the MJ servers.

Yes, this is another option to use magicJack with Skype. The cost of the software is $12.95. Soon they will release a software option to use magicJack with X-Lite/SIP.

After rebooting both my modem/router & ATA IPKall is working again, however, there is no audio on incoming calls. Works fine for outgoing calls.

GizmoVoice was working fine, until they just made this change and removed the "Experimental" designation.

Now all of my outgoing calls get the recording that you must purchase callout credit to make a call.
