Hello "bnicolet" and welcome to the forum!

Great point for sure hsweiss.
I went through several routers tweaking router channels for what seemed like an eternity. In the end though oddly enough moving the silly phone did the trick. A D-link I had was horrible on most all channels, so for giggles, I pulled out an older Netgear b/g I had and ...

Sounds like you may need more tweaking of your Windows Firewall settings and/or Router settings.
I am not sure which router you use. You might try to "Search" this forum with your router brand listed as the query and see if something specific comes up.

RE: latest upgrade 3-2-2010
I have used XP SP3 since it rolled out. Prior to this last "upgrade", I had no issues in safely dismounting my MJ either. This upgrade was indeed a surprise.

Re: Windows 7 and Sleep
As a temp fix until MJ can get onboard with this issue, a possible method of saving some considerable time with the whole mount/dismount of MJ's USB dongle (at least in XP), is to go into MJ's softphone and use the "Restart" feature located under Menu, Advanced Users, Restart.
Hope this helps!
