Long distance call routed as local call-Msg - Att cell to MJ

We had this problem early and it was fixed earlier. When calling my MJ from an ATT cell phone it gave the following message - Your provider is routing the call improperly it should be a local no etc.
It was working fine but from today morning it has started again.
Anyone else facing the same problem ?

This is the exact reason why i did not buy the 5 year plan.Magic Jack was too good to last.
I was chatting with someone and then suddenly the chat window closed.
