Both are running a newly installed Windows XP SP1, with no other software than what is installed by the OS installer (Windows itself, Internet Explorer, and Outlook Express). This is about as "plain vanilla" of a setup as I can imagine.

I can't call out either. Same symptoms; three (3) quick busies, then nothing. However, I CAN call my MJ number to check voicemail. MAYBE MJ didn't pay YMAX for PSTN connection! :D MAYBE YMAX didn't pay IT'S bills. :D
